You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting us by email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.
If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. With all returns unless the item has been sent incorrectly you will be required to cover the costs of return postage. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions but these do not affect your statutory rights.

How can I pay for my product?
We accept Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders and Cash. Paypal is the preferred method for International buyers.
Why do I have to resgiter to use the site?
We ask you to regsiter so that we don't get people ordering by mistake and it also means that when you come back to the site all your details are saved.
Do I need to ask you for a password?
No you enter your own email address and make up your own password, its as simple as that.
Who do I make my Cheque out to?
Please make all cheques and postage orders out to Ben Harding.
I want to buy more than one item, how do I work out the postage?
The postage is calculated automatically when you add your selected items to your basket. Prices are also shown on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I send my item Recorded Delivery?
Yes however there is an additional charge. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Unfortuantely not directly at the moment, however if you sign up to paypal www.paypal.com, you can pay with a credit card through them.
I saw you selling items on eBay, can I buy a product from your site and eBay?
Yes just let us know the products you are interested in and we can reserve the one from the website until the auction ends.
What happens if an item goes out of stock?
If this happens we will contact you immediately and do everything we can to sort it out.
I can't see the item I want, is everything on your site all you have for sale?
Yes and no, we do sell on the site and eBay and occasionally have stock spare. If you want a specific item that you can't find contact us and we will see if we can find it for you.
My item arrived damaged?
We pack all the goods ourselves to make sure they arrive safely, if something does arrive damaged contact us immediately.
My item hasn't arrived?
If your item doesn't arrive please contact us immediately.
The product isn't what I expected, can I return it?
We do everything we can to describe the products as accurately as possible. Please see our Returns page for full details on how to return an item.
Do you do giftwrapping?
Yes but only at Christmas time, and it does have an extra charge. Please contact us for details.
Can you tell me the price in Dollars or Euros?
Yes just select your currency from the Currencies box on the right hand side of our website and it will automatically convert the price to dollars or euros.
Do all your prices include VAT?
Yes they do.
When do you post your items?
As soon as payment is received and the post office is open.
Can I track my item?
Only on parcelforce or fastways sent items, not with royal mail unless sent recorded. Please contact us once you have received your dispatch notification email.
Why does the product say 600g and the checkout say 0.6kg?
The checkout is set up to show items in kg(s). 600g is exactly the same as 0.6kg.
